behind the curve

8th March 2020:

Funtime with cousins over for lunch. We are continuing to enjoy the opportunity to nourish our time together and with the people we love.  Brother says the UK and USA are a few weeks behind the curve in HK and China/rest of the world so he’s got no plans to come here until we have dealt with it as it’s more risky. Meanwhile I’m thinking it’s still worse in Asia and feel worried he is thinking of going back there.  He tells me they are over the worst there. It’s definitely already here and in USA. I hope we can see what has been done in Hong Kong and learn, but I'm not so sure that China have it under control yet.  People are still travelling across the globe, albeit less, but unless all travel stops, at this rate there will be no containing this virus!
