NHS Mood Zone
This addresses many areas of mental health and well-being for all, is a good place to start, if you are needing to tap in to some easy-access and easy reading support, and you can start by taking a Mood Self-assessment Quiz. This is worth a look:
Shapes Toolkit is an excellent resource for managers and their teams to help them "go from stressed and overwhelmed to calm and productive". With many resources incuding podcasts and reading lists, this is really worth a visit, and you don't have to be a manager to benefit from a look here.
Medic Footprints provides a great source for support from many services intended specifically for doctors and other healthcare workers.
